Those magic changes …
I have decided to no longer to use this blog for the sole purpose of explaining my views on homosexuality. I will now blog about other stuff as well.
That sound okay with everyone?

War
Today, I’m going to talk about Remembrance Day.
I have heard many times that it is important to remember those who gave their lives for our freedom. Not to mention supporting the troops who are fighting overseas as I type this. I say, it is important to remember their sacrifice, and what they died for. I have to wonder, though.
What are all these people dying for? Freedom? Fine. But do so many have to die?
And what about today? Last time I checked, over 150 Canadian soldiers have died while overseas. I almost became numb as I read all the names and saw the faces of all those who have died. What really struck me, though, was that most of them were killed by roadside bombs and IED’s, and about 10 in accidents.
I don’t want to sound ungrateful, but are those soldiers truly dying for my freedom?
Maybe they have, but not anymore.
War is ugly. That’s for sure.
ladyofletdowns-deactivated20110 asked: How is being bisexual make you polygamous? That makes absolutely no sense. Just because you like both sexes doesn't mean you're going to date both at the same time.
So, you’d just switch between sexes depending on how you feel? Or am I reading that wrong too?
ladyofletdowns-deactivated20110 asked: So if someone thinks having heterosexual desires is good, you agree, that that is also wrong?
Phobia means the fear of, or a strong disliking towards something. Not just fear.
Since when did I think heterosexual desires were wrong? Those are natural. It is fact that people have homosexual desires, so it is natural to an extent. That’s okay. What I don’t agree with is the idea that it is a good thing to have homosexual desires, and that it is a good thing that must be equated with heterosexuality. Here’s the problem:
Homosexuality will never be equal to heterosexuality.
So why are people trying to make it seem that way?
ladyofletdowns-deactivated20110 asked: I know heterosexuals can adopt, but they're the ones who produce the unwanted children. Bisexuals/Homosexuals can't, therefore, they adopt. If there were more Bisexual/Homosexual couples, there would be less orphans.
Hmm. Well, would those children be better off with a homosexual couple?
Bisexual couples? Are we bringing polygamy into this?
twoweeksaway asked: The tin man's got nothing on you.
I politely disagree.
ladyofletdowns-deactivated20110 asked: I have to agree with "fullofblissfulness."
I have a question though, why are you against sexuality that's anything but hetero? I understand that it's biologically incorrect, because they can't reproduce, but overall it's not causing harm. If anything, gay couples save people. Considering they can't procreated with each other, they can adopt those children that were unwanted by a heterosexual couple. I just don't understand why you think gay is wrong. Can you please explain this to me?
People meaning the children they could adopt? Well, heterosexual couples can do that too.

ladyofletdowns-deactivated20110 asked: Aversion: a strong feeling of dislike, opposition, repugnance, or antipathy
You don't like, or agree with people being gay. A phobia isn't always a fear, it's a strong dislike towards something.
First of all, what do we mean by gay? We are never gonna get anywhere if we’re using different definitions, because mine could be somewhat different than yours. I define “gay” as someone who has homosexual desires. I don’t have a problem with that. My problem, which I have mentioned before, is when people think that homosexuality (having homosexual desires )is good, and that gays should immediately embrace it without question.
By the way, ‘aversion’ is a synonym of ‘phobia’, which means irrational fear, first and foremost.
